- If it isn’t raining near the planned departure time, the cruise will proceed as scheduled.
- If it rains heavily before departure, we will postpone for 30 minutes. If conditions do not improve, cancellation will be announced. Guests can visit the front desk at the main terminal to begin the refund process via our online submission form.
• During the Cruise:
- If it starts raining after departure, our crew will assess the situation. If needed, we may adjust the route for safety.
- Please remain seated—our staff will instruct you to take shade on the upper deck and distribute free ponchos.
💰 Refund Policy:
•Refunds for cancellations due to severe weather are processed within 14 days, following our Payment, Refund, and Cancellation (PRC) Policy.
